Manager, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of consultants and project managers focused on the deployment and support of Zscaler solutions in the AMS Central Region.

• Take responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, developing, and managing team performance to ensure high-quality project delivery.

• Foster cross-functional relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support teams to facilitate successful solution implementations.

• Engage in long-term strategic planning and decision-making alongside global partners, including PS Sales and Practice leadership.

• Promote operational excellence by enhancing processes, implementing tools, and effectively managing KPIs to improve automation and minimize manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, with experience in leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize results within your area of expertise.

• Over 5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software or SaaS environments.

• More than 3 years of experience in a leadership position managing geographically dispersed delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a rapidly growing environment.

• Proven track record in leadership development and execution of organizational strategies.

• Technical proficiency in network technologies, including VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security protocols.
