This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Ensure services are delivered, implemented correctly, and billed accurately and on time.
• Collaborate across departments during the sales process, taking ownership of the services components of deals, which includes presentations, RFP responses, and proposal/SOW creation.
• Engage with sales representatives and sales leadership during both pre-sales and post-sales (delivery) phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations.
• Manage the financial aspects of your team's projects, focusing on profitability and productivity to guarantee long-term client success.
• Collaborate with the Resource Management Office (RMO) to negotiate and prioritize staffing resources, strategically aligning them with the overall needs of the PS business.
• Occasionally perform project management duties for customer engagements as required.
• Provide strategic updates regarding client performance to SailPoint Senior Management, along with regular status updates to account teams and Sales Managers.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire implementation process.
• Identify new opportunities to expand SailPoint solutions and service offerings to enhance client success and drive SailPoint revenue growth.
• Oversee team management responsibilities, including involvement in staffing decisions, utilization management, performance evaluations, and support for career development.
• Support the career development of direct reports by offering regular feedback, coaching, and guidance for personal growth.
• Mentor Engagement Managers and project team members on project performance and areas for development.
• Take part in recruiting and employee development efforts to maintain a well-rounded team with the appropriate skill set.
• Over 7 years of professional experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment.
• More than 3 years of experience in project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in project management tasks (including project planning, budgeting, scope, scheduling, stakeholder, and risk management).
• Outstanding communication skills and significant experience engaging with clients and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Extensive experience collaborating with Sales to define service projects for enterprise software.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
