This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and enhance training programs for clients that elevate customer satisfaction, service quality, and adherence to Inizio and client excellence standards.
• Establish and document training plans, schedules, and requirements. Design, develop, and update training and instructional materials for classroom instruction, on-demand, and/or self-directed training.
• Deliver ongoing and refresher training sessions for the project team.
• Develop and propose training methodologies and implementation strategies to foster operational excellence and ongoing quality improvement.
• Construct teaching outlines and determine effective instructional methods.
• Assess trainees to track progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Review and analyze documents such as client program procedure manuals and training materials.
• Monitor services for the designated project and/or Quality Assurance Department.
• Offer constructive coaching and feedback to staff to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and report Quality Assurance (QA) metrics and trends; suggest updates to procedures, training materials, and quality documentation to promote continuous improvement.
• Identify quality trends, root causes, and areas for process enhancement.
• Lead or assist in the annual review and continuous maintenance of client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support internal and external client audits as outlined in the Inizio Quality Management Plan.
• Provide leadership and support to Project Training & Quality staff through coaching, performance management, mentoring, and professional development.
• Current registration and good standing with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the relevant Philippine professional regulatory board (e.g., Board of Nursing or Board of Pharmacy).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a Training, Learning & Development, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management role is preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend data and file layouts.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve common business goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Familiarity with United States healthcare systems, medicines regulation, pharmacovigilance requirements, and healthcare compliance standards is preferred.
• Experience in managing operational, quality, compliance, and performance metrics within a regulated setting.
• Proven leadership, coaching, facilitation, and employee development abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
