This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Lead the effective implementation and ongoing enhancement of customer engagement platforms.
β’ Oversee the development workload for the Connect product.
β’ Identify, devise strategies for, and establish new product offerings.
β’ Collaborate with teams in product development, architecture, engineering, vendors, and IT.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in Contact Center Technology.
β’ Proficient in utilizing business requirements.
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
β’ Must be a self-starter capable of successfully executing initiatives.
β’ Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
β’ Employees have the option to work remotely.
