Manager – Product Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Lead the effective implementation and ongoing enhancement of customer engagement platforms.

• Oversee the development workload for the Connect product.

• Identify, devise strategies for, and establish new product offerings.

• Collaborate with teams in product development, architecture, engineering, vendors, and IT.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Contact Center Technology.

• Proficient in utilizing business requirements.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

• Must be a self-starter capable of successfully executing initiatives.

• Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
