This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team that manages a designated portfolio of Preferred Technology Partner products and solutions.
• Oversee, guide, coordinate, and manage the portfolio, processes, and functions of the designated PTP program.
• Keep track of industry trends and developments to align the program portfolio and roadmap.
• Foster and maintain relationships and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance portfolio performance, change management, and adoption rates.
• Propose innovative ideas and identify systems that promote growth and enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on Preferred Technology products/services processes, value propositions, and use cases.
• Share team decisions, outcomes, achievements, performance metrics, and best practices throughout the PTP team.
• Allocate resources for PTP projects and anticipate future resource requirements in collaboration with the PTP Director.
• Serve as an escalation point available around the clock.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least six (6) years of professional business experience, preferably within a healthcare and/or IT environment.
• A minimum of four years of experience in a clearinghouse role is required.
• Four years of management or senior-level leadership experience is essential.
• Familiarity with project management and business analysis systems, tools, and tasks is necessary.
• Epic experience is mandatory; experience in both inpatient and outpatient environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or a comparable project management tool is preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% is necessary.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office setup.
• Access to high-speed internet service is required.
• A distraction-free workplace is essential.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
• Must be able to remain on camera for all virtual meetings.
