Manager, Post Sale, Default Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Director to oversee the goals of individual teams and the department as a whole.

• Prioritize daily tasks and assignments in conjunction with the Director.

• Assess workload challenges and monitor productivity across the department.

• Track both departmental and individual production and performance objectives.

• Supervise daily operations for direct reports, including managing schedules and timecards.

• Ensure that productivity goals and quality standards for the department are achieved.

• Generate client activity reports and evaluate work-in-progress reports.

• Analyze workload challenges and introduce initiatives to enhance efficiency.

• Acquaint team members with new products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Take part in Quality Assurance team activities, staff meetings, client onboarding, and system enhancement discussions.

• Maintain effective communication with team members, internal departments, clients, vendors, and management.

• Foster team motivation, morale, profitability, and staff development.

• Comply with company policies and undertake other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor overseeing direct reports.

• A minimum of three years’ experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management sectors.

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.

• Familiarity with real estate closing procedures and document processes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Effective communication and customer service skills.

• Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft desktop applications.

• Expertise in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search functionalities.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Travel requirement of less than 25%.
