Manager, Policy & Government Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Become an integral member of our globally diverse policy team located in Brussels, London, Washington DC, and now Singapore.

• Spearhead the formulation of Kraken's policy strategies throughout the APAC region.

• Directly engage with influential policymakers and regulators.

• Enhance external visibility by collaborating with trade associations and various external stakeholders.

• Monitor, assess, and provide internal advice on legislative and regulatory changes.

• Collaborate closely with teams in regulatory affairs, compliance, communications, product development, and engineering.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–9 years of direct experience in financial services policy and regulation within the APAC region.

• Established network in Singapore, and ideally throughout the broader region.

• Familiarity with or strong interest in financial services and digital policy.

• A collaborative mindset, with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.

• Ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments and political frameworks.

• Proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
