Manager, Platform Solutions Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Lead the effective planning and implementation of platform solutions for clients.

• Direct the strategy for advancing the business towards AI integration and a mature DevOps framework.

• Oversee the intake, evaluation, and planning of cloud, platform, and data engineering initiatives.

• Guide and mentor a team of Engineering Project Leads.

• Manage the intake of requests from product management and various stakeholders.

• Support the Engineering Leadership Team in evaluating product and client requirements and assessing technical feasibility.

• Establish prioritization processes in collaboration with Product Owners.

• Develop detailed project plans that encompass scope, resources, timelines, and budget estimates.

• Work together with clients, internal IT teams, and other departments to collect requirements and ensure alignment.

• Implement Agile and DevOps best practices to enhance project management processes.

• Identify opportunities for AI integration and enhanced efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field; at least 6 years of relevant Information Technology project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, particularly Agile.

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.

• Previous experience in a managerial role, demonstrating the ability to coach, mentor, lead change, and collaborate with diverse personalities and competing priorities.

• Proficiency in project management tools for tracking projects and scheduling resources.

• Proven history of successful project management and change management initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including regular stakeholder status updates and timely issue escalation.

• Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment with limited resources or knowledge availability.

• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening is a prerequisite for employment.
