Manager, Physician Compensation

📋 Description

• Be a vital part of Radiology Partners’ newly centralized physician compensation team, responsible for the precise and timely calculation of physician compensation for national remote radiology practices, with a strong focus on accuracy, transparency, and auditability.

• Serve as a crucial link between operations, finance, and data by transforming complex business queries and compensation models into clear, structured analyses that facilitate understanding and informed decision-making.

• Take the initiative to identify and resolve discrepancies in data, calculations, and processes by investigating root causes, collaborating across functions, and ensuring that issues are completely resolved and prevented in the future.

• Oversee essential workflows that support intercompany billing and settlement processes, ensuring financial precision and alignment across practices while developing scalable, repeatable processes.

• Contribute significantly to the future-state compensation function—creating tools, improving reporting, and assisting in the development of processes and team structure as the organization expands under the AVP, Physician Compensation.

• Foster communication and collaboration among team members to cultivate a sense of unity within the department.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and colleagues to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.

• Offer daily performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• 4-7 years of pertinent experience in analytics, finance, operations, or healthcare services.
