Manager, Personal Stylist Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Manager of the Personal Stylist Program is tasked with leading, developing, and expanding Saks Global’s Personal Stylist and top-seller initiatives across all locations.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with Personal Stylists, top sellers, and stylist leaders in all markets.

• Collaborate closely with General Managers and Stylist Managers to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistent execution of the program in all stores.

• Assist in the development and evolution of the corporate strategy for the Personal Stylist Program, which includes structure, tools, performance expectations, and long-term growth pathways.

• Work effectively with HR, Marketing, Merchandising teams, Store Operations, Training, and other corporate departments to address stylist needs and facilitate program implementation.

• Serve as an extension of both store and corporate leadership by addressing stylist-related operational issues and eliminating obstacles to productivity.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Preferred experience in retail leadership, luxury clienteling, or stylist-driven environments.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and program management.

• Strategic thinker with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
