This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Develop and manage essential People Operations processes throughout the organization.
• Monitor important people metrics such as attrition rates, time-to-productivity, and employee engagement levels.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of all employee records, contracts, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Maintain compliance with labor regulations across all markets of operation.
• Keep track of regulatory changes and adjust internal policies as necessary.
• Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process, providing a structured and uniform experience.
• Manage pre-joining logistics including system access, equipment provision, and Day 1 preparedness.
• Handle the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring proper documentation.
• Supervise the organization-wide performance review cycle, ensuring uniformity across teams.
• Analyze performance data and continually enhance review processes.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team.
• Clearly assign tasks and ensure accountability for outcomes and quality.
• Mentor team members to enable them to manage more complex HR issues independently.
• A Bachelor's degree or HND in any field.
• Completion of NYSC.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in designing or enhancing HR processes such as onboarding or performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members or leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and people metrics to identify challenges and propose solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in Nigeria.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience within a technology or healthcare organization.
• Familiarity with multi-country HR operations.
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Leafsome, Zoho People, or similar tools.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership on people strategy.
