• Oversee the curricular, academic, and operational aspects of the LexScholars Post-Baccalaureate Program.
• Spearhead the continuous development and enhancement of the LexPostBacc curriculum, informed by participant performance and insights from referring law schools.
• Ensure the curriculum aligns with best practices in online education and adult learning methodologies.
• Uphold academic rigor and ensure grading consistency across all delivery formats.
• Modify the curriculum and assessments to promote the appropriate, ethical, and effective use of AI tools.
• Supervise the onboarding, training, calibration, and ongoing performance assessment of graders.
• Design and lead training and calibration sessions to ensure uniformity in grading.
• Manage grading workflows, ensuring timely issuance of performance reports to both referring law schools and internal stakeholders.
• Create and tailor grade summary reports for use by program directors.
• Address participant inquiries regarding program grading, assessment, and academic standards.
• Analyze feedback trends and propose curricular enhancements.
• Update and maintain content and course structures within the Canvas LMS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate program delivery.
• Partner with law schools to support academic alignment and post-program coaching initiatives.
• Conduct outreach efforts to enhance program engagement and expansion.
• Utilize Salesforce to monitor engagement, outcomes, and coaching activities.
• Assist in program growth initiatives, including drafting agreements, budgets, and schedules.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a higher education academic support role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing academic upgrade curricula.
• Experience in delivering online courses tailored for adult learners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to academic integrity.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, such as Canvas.
• Experience with database platforms, including Salesforce and Excel.
• Experience working with higher education students from underrepresented backgrounds.
• Preferred understanding of law school academic success principles, assessment and grading practices, and curricular frameworks.
• Juris Doctor or a graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., curriculum development, adult education, distance learning) is preferred.
