Manager – Organizational Assessment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate organizational assessment projects from initiation to completion, ensuring teams adhere to timelines and budget constraints.

• Execute thorough quality assurance on all project outputs, reports, and data analyses to uphold the highest levels of precision.

• Develop and sustain robust, productive relationships with client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement process.

• Conduct evaluations of organizational and operational functions within local government and utility departments.

• Deliver findings and recommendations to client leadership, governing bodies, and utility boards.

• Assist in business development initiatives by recognizing client requirements and aiding in the development of proposals.

• Mentor and support junior project staff to foster their professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, public policy, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in project management or working within the local government or utility sectors.

• A proven history of managing long-term consulting or operational projects from beginning to end.

• Outstanding client relations and communication abilities, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly.

• Proven experience in performing thorough quality assurance on professional documents and operational strategies.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the aptitude to address complex organizational issues.

• Willingness to travel as required to client locations, primarily situated in the Western United States.
