Manager, Oracle HCM Core HR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the implementation and guiding clients through the complete lifecycle of Core HR implementations.

• Manage workstreams related to Core HR.

• Supervise the quality of deliverables.

• Ensure effective integration across HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, and Talent.

• Facilitate design workshops.

• Mentor and oversee junior and offshore resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-7 years of experience related to cloud implementations in a consulting capacity.

• Comprehensive project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM solutions.

• Experience as a functional application specialist.

• Strong communication skills—both oral and written—and the interpersonal abilities required to quickly build trust and collaborative relationships.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical aspects.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to multiple projects with varying scales and durations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
