This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for overseeing the comprehensive delivery of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Absence modules throughout all stages of implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Act as a functional subject matter expert in areas such as benefits plan configuration, eligibility criteria, life event processing, accruals, and leave policies.
• Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to convert complex benefits and absence policies into scalable, system-driven solutions that adhere to Oracle best practices.
• Lead design workshops, assist in testing cycles, and resolve functional issues to guarantee successful solution delivery.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate Benefits and Absence with Core HR, Payroll, and other modules, ensuring smooth data flow and compliance.
• Offer guidance, documentation, and mentorship to team members while promoting high-quality, compliant workforce management solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of pertinent experience with cloud implementations in a consulting capacity
• Comprehensive project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
• Background as a functional application specialist
• Exceptional communication skills—both oral and written—and the interpersonal abilities necessary to quickly build relationships of trust and collaboration
• Capability to train and engage in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical aspects
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying scale and duration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams
• Canadian citizenship is required for TN visa travel to the U.S. as necessary.
