Manager, Operational Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence to foster process improvements throughout the organization.

• Formulate and execute strategies to boost operational efficiency, minimize waste, and enhance the quality of patient care.

• Leverage data analytics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and discover areas for improvement.

• Evaluate the success of implemented process modifications through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create and sustain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and procedures.

• Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, and Lean methodologies.

• Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to consistently delivering high-quality work products.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

• Effective and persuasive public speaker.
