Manager of Student Intervention

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• The Manager of Interventions plays a pivotal role in leading the design, implementation, and monitoring of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across the school.

• This position oversees academic and behavioral intervention initiatives throughout elementary, middle, and high schools to promote equitable outcomes, encourage student growth, and address achievement gaps.

• Manage and assess a team of educators by conducting regular one-on-one meetings, facilitating professional development, overseeing time management (e.g., Paid-time off requests), and collaborating with school leadership to advance the institution's mission, vision, and culture.

• Supervise the design, enhancement, and ongoing improvement of MNCA’s K-12 intervention programs.

• Establish comprehensive school-wide guidelines for Tier I (Universal), Tier 2 (Targeted), and Tier 3 (Intensive) academic and behavioral interventions.

• Formulate protocols for assessing student progress data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

• Additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Minnesota Teaching or Leadership License.

• A minimum of 3 years of data and analytical experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation, with strong technological skills in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional capability to work with data, including the ability to translate data into actionable information, highlight insights, and draw conclusions to inform business recommendations.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work is essential.

• Inquisitive, self-driven, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
