Manager of Educational Funding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in enhancing family access to Veritas through scholarship programs, educational funding initiatives, and school-choice options.

• Act as the strategic leader for Veritas's growth in educational funding.

• Assist families in exploring alternative funding avenues while boosting scholarship participation and funding availability.

• Create and implement scholarship growth strategies in partnership with the VP of Sales & Marketing.

• Expand tax-credit-directed scholarship funding through preferred SGOs via outreach, communication, and donor engagement.

• Raise awareness and encourage the use of tax credit funding opportunities among families.

• Coordinate the strategy, execution, and oversight of federal tax credit initiatives.

• Establish and maintain relationships with SGOs and relevant partners.

• Monitor developments in ESA and school-choice across key states and programs.

• Collaborate with leadership on scholarship growth strategies and funding priorities.

• Work closely with the VP of Marketing & Sales to bring strategic initiatives to fruition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of five years of experience in developing strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, educational programs, or similar growth-oriented roles.

• Proven ability to initiate, develop, and manage new initiatives in uncertain or rapidly changing environments.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with families, donors, partners, and internal teams.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders concurrently.

• Strategic, entrepreneurial, and self-driven with a history of independent execution and achieving results.

• Strong passion for Classical Christian education and the mission of Veritas Press.

• Preferred experience in Classical Christian education, homeschooling, or the broader education sector.

• Preferred background in nonprofit organizations, fundraising, or philanthropic partnerships.
