Manager – OAS Ajera

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead client engagements by mentoring accounting professionals and ensuring outstanding service delivery.

• Act as the main relationship manager for designated outsourced accounting clients.

• Establish trusted advisor relationships while managing engagement timelines, deliverables, and service expectations.

• Supervise the provision of outsourced accounting services, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team consisting of Project Accountants and Senior Project Accountants.

• Engage in business development activities and contribute to initiatives aimed at practice growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.

• More than 7 years of progressive experience in accounting.

• Previous experience in leading or supervising accounting professionals.

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.

• Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements and balancing competing priorities.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in accounting software, Deltek ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification is preferred.

• Experience in outsourced accounting, consulting, client accounting services (CAS), or professional services environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with accounting automation tools and initiatives for process improvement is preferred.
