Manager, Nursing Network – Term

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and execution of the Primary Care Nursing Network team.

• Manage the daily operations of the network, ensuring alignment with NNPBC’s objectives and the Ministry of Health Service Agreement for the Nurse Initiatives for Primary Care program.

• Create and implement strategies to foster and expand a vibrant online community for RNs and LPNs.

• Collect and evaluate feedback to design features and methods that meet the needs of the online community platform.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of the content.

• Lead the gathering, tracking, and analysis of metrics related to the online community.

• Organize and support events, conferences, and workshops that advance primary care nursing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• MBA (preferred), Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Training in cultural safety, cultural humility, and anti-racism, including Indigenous-specific anti-racism education.

• Capacity for creative thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset towards program implementation.

• Innovative approach to devising new methods for engaging and expanding the online community.

• Basic understanding of UX design principles to improve user experience within the community platform.

• Knowledge of digital marketing principles to enhance community engagement and growth.

• Familiarity with tools such as Air Table, Zapier, or Integromat for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing efficiency.

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for overseeing content, discussions, and user-generated content.

• Background with online community platforms like Circle, Skool, or Heartbeat.

• High proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Experience in social media management and online engagement strategies.
