Manager – Negotiated Agreements and Contracts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the business processes related to procurement.

• Design and develop a data warehouse along with decision-making tools.

• Create processes that ensure the quality and timely execution of agreements.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to set targets.

• Reinforce and implement agreement templates.

• Assess and track the progress, implementation, and value of contracts.

• Assist in contract implementation and oversee completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience in procurement and/or the healthcare sector.

• In-depth understanding of common legal concepts related to contracts.

• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems such as iCertis.

• Capability to engage, motivate, and achieve results through effective people management.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in customer relations.

• Knowledge of the healthcare market.
