This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Assists a Brand or Franchise organization in the creation and implementation of training solutions for a field sales team.
• Ensures that both Training & Development and Brand Strategy are effectively represented in all training initiatives and solutions.
• Responsible for rapidly establishing relationships with key stakeholders and managing multiple stakeholders at different levels.
• Requires a high level of performance coaching, strategic alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals to enhance the learning experience of participants.
• Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that enhance the effectiveness and credibility of participants.
• Cultivates trust and credibility with key stakeholders through consistent interaction.
• Utilizes existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within specific Franchise/Brand training offerings.
• Provides honest and specific verbal and written feedback to training participants.
• Offers coaching and feedback to National Field Trainers (NFT) throughout the organization.
• Recognizes the skill levels of training participants and adapts coaching and training methodologies to meet individual needs.
• Develops Guest Trainers and/or Rotational Trainers by assigning them meaningful roles in the training sessions.
• Aids in the onboarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or District Manager, or at least 2 years of sales training experience.
• Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards impacting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
• Previous experience leading projects with regional or national significance.
• Proven track record in high-performing sales and a strong understanding of the factors driving success in a commercial organization.
