This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Assists a Brand or Franchise organization in crafting and implementing training solutions tailored for a field sales team.
• Guarantees that both Training & Development and Brand Strategy are prominently integrated into all training initiatives and solutions.
• Cultivates relationships with essential stakeholders and oversees multiple stakeholders at different levels.
• Requires a strong emphasis on performance coaching, strategic alignment/execution, and the application of training principles to elevate the performance learning experience of participants.
• Designs, develops, and delivers compliant educational solutions that enhance the effectiveness and credibility of participants.
• Establishes trust and credibility with key stakeholders through consistent engagement.
• Delivers honest and specific verbal and written feedback to training participants aimed at improving performance.
• Offers coaching and feedback to National Field Trainers (NFT) throughout the organization.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry as either an Account Executive or District Manager, or at least 2 years of sales training experience.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
• Previous experience managing projects with regional or national significance.
• Proven high-performing sales record and a deep understanding of the factors driving success in a commercial environment.
