Manager, Music Education – Method

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable music resource for both the company and its franchise schools.

• Facilitate the onboarding and coaching of new Music Directors.

• Manage the music initiatives during New School Openings.

• Authorize shows and summer camps for company-owned schools.

• Organize and present ongoing training for Music Directors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Accomplished gigging musician with formal music education or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience teaching music and leading music ensembles.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Music Director, preferably with School of Rock.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and mentor a team of Music Instructors.

• Familiarity with music theory, curriculum, and program development.

• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
