Manager, Multifamily Technology Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and integration of technology solutions for multifamily properties.

• Ensure all solutions are properly configured, tested, and ready for operation before going live.

• Collaborate with project managers, internal teams, and vendors to coordinate implementation activities.

• Assist in the transition from implementation to steady-state operations.

• Manage the post-implementation lifecycle of designated technology platforms.

• Act as the escalation point for complex system-related issues.

• Develop and sustain repeatable support processes, documentation, and knowledge resources.

• Track platform health and usage trends.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on technology setup, support, and delivery.

• Set clear expectations, prioritize tasks, and ensure accountability for execution and service quality.

• Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

• Assist with onboarding and skills enhancement.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet operational requirements.

• Work with Training teams to aid in the development and delivery of resources.

• Analyze operational and project data to pinpoint trends and enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or a relevant professional/industry certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting, implementing, or managing technology solutions.

• Experience with multifamily property management or ancillary service technology platforms is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives at once.

• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

• Capacity to translate technical concepts into clear operational instructions.

• A collaborative approach with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
