This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, design, and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for health initiatives.
β’ Lead both qualitative and quantitative research studies as well as evaluation projects.
β’ Mentor and support a team of M&E specialists.
β’ Supervise the collection, storage, and analysis of program data.
β’ Ensure adherence to data quality and ethical standards.
β’ Collaborate with field teams, donors, partners, and various stakeholders.
β’ Share findings and convert program insights into actionable strategies.
β’ Oversee the writing and dissemination of research results across various platforms.
β’ Utilize data and evidence to bolster advocacy initiatives.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Director of MLE.
β’ A Master's degree or any advanced qualification in Public Health, Public Policy, Global Health, Epidemiology, Development Studies, International Development, Health Economics, or Health Policy.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in an MLE or comparable position.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects.
β’ Experience in the health or public health sector is highly preferred.
β’ Strong proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
β’ Familiarity with data analysis and relevant software such as Python, SPSS, STATA, and R.
β’ Innovative, multi-tasking problem-solver with outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.
β’ Ability to convey complex findings to varied audiences and influence program strategies.
