This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Microsoft licensing experts dedicated to customer retention, licensing knowledge, and excellence in account management.
• Create a high-performance, customer-focused environment that highlights consultative interactions, proactive assistance, and measurable customer success.
• Implement customer retention strategies to ensure clients derive ongoing value from their Microsoft investments and contractual agreements.
• Guarantee that the team provides trusted advisor-level insights across Microsoft licensing programs, cloud subscriptions, contract frameworks, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success teams, solution specialists, and Microsoft stakeholders to formulate account strategies that enhance customer relationships and boost retention.
• Set performance metrics and accountability standards centered on customer satisfaction, retention, renewal success, and operational excellence.
• Work with leadership to pinpoint customer trends, market opportunities, and process enhancements that strengthen the organization's Microsoft practice.
• Assist in strategic business initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty, improving contract retention rates, and expanding long-term customer value.
• A completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in Microsoft licensing, sales support, or a related domain.
• More than 2 years of experience in account management or sales-related roles.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft licensing programs and procedures.
• Experience in presenting to leadership, sales teams, clients, or business stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications must be maintained throughout employment.
