Manager, Medication Access Strategy and Operations – Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for medication access services.

• Ensures the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient medication access services.

• Serves as the main liaison among various teams and stakeholders.

• Promotes collaboration to eliminate barriers to therapy and enhance patient access to medications.

• Offers expertise in medication access, formulary processes, and affordability strategies.

• Streamlines workflows for medication benefit investigations and insurance authorizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited college of pharmacy.

• At least 3 years of pharmacy experience collaborating with healthcare providers on strategic and operational initiatives.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a health system pharmacy or specialty pharmacy environment.

• At least 1 year of supervisory or personnel management experience.

• Prior consulting, clinic, or client-facing experience is preferred.

• Previous experience utilizing the Epic Compass Rose Specialty Pharmacy patient management program is preferred.

• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license (RPh) in at least one state, with the ability to obtain additional licensure as required.
