Lead Analyst – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage GTM tools by ensuring they are configured optimally, integrated effectively, perform well, and are continually enhanced.

• Offer training, support for troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices to encourage tool adoption and usage.

• Perform routine audits and work collaboratively across teams to enhance tool functionality and efficiency.

• Oversee and enhance the use of Mindtickle, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadiQ, Loopio, Lusha, and Outreach.

• Take charge of Mindtickle's backend management, including content uploads, certification templates, audits, vendor relations, and tool expansions.

• Assist with Gong implementation, analysis, and enablement processes for revenue teams.

• Ensure smooth integration and effective usage of GTM platforms for sales and GTM teams.

• Align GTM tools with broader sales and revenue strategies.

• Create training materials, documentation, and onboarding programs.

• Collect and integrate stakeholder feedback for ongoing improvement.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all GTM tools.

• Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to sales, revenue, and enablement teams.

• Utilize analytics to enhance tool usage and inform decision-making.

• Implement data security measures and access controls.

• Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, or management of GTM tools.

• Strong expertise in Mindtickle.

• Experience with data analytics, creating dashboards, and utilizing reporting tools.

• Proven ability to drive process improvements and initiatives for automation.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and training.

• Strong analytical mindset aimed at optimizing outcomes for sales and enablement.
