This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Extensive knowledge in intelligence gathering and analysis, encompassing both competitive and customer intelligence.
• Gathers market intelligence on customer and competitor initiatives, vulnerabilities, innovations, and performance in both emerging and established markets.
• Generates actionable insights from market research that guide strategic decision-making, promote customer-focused approaches, and contribute to organizational growth and success.
• Collaborates with the Capture Director and essential business partners, including consultants, to create documents and tools for each assigned opportunity, such as research reports, customer and competitor analyses, capture workshop deliverables, and other identified outputs.
• Designs and implements research studies, evaluates market data, and converts findings into actionable, data-driven market strategies.
• Interprets and modifies strategic concepts to instruct or mentor business partners and/or consultants, strategically guiding market research and analysis.
• Organizes and maintains research outputs in SharePoint, ensuring that key insights and source materials are readily accessible to proposal writers and key stakeholders.
• Structures documentation in a highly usable, clear, and concise format that allows for quick reference during the RFP response phase.
• Synthesizes research findings into clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards, effectively communicating research results to stakeholders at various levels.
• Monitors progress and ensures that deliverables are completed on time.
• Oversees progress objectives for a project team that significantly influences business growth and development goals crucial to the overall success of the organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in Medicaid Managed Care.
• More than 5 years of specialized experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategic analysis.
• Proven experience in developing competitor analyses and actionable insights.
• Capable of working independently according to strategic direction and requires minimal guidance to complete tasks.
• Demonstrated ability in crafting PowerPoint presentations that convert detailed research into clear, well-organized slides that aid executive decision-making.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
• Established project management skills with a proven history of achieving milestones in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to translate research into strategic recommendations.
• Naturally curious and self-driven, with a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to enhancing processes and outcomes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, both technical and non-technical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to support capture planning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic proposal activities.
