Manager, Master Patient Integrity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the corporate enterprise master patient index (MPI)

• Supervise daily workflow and operational activities

• Evaluate existing standards and regulatory requirements

• Create tools for data collection

• Assess staff performance and offer coaching support

• Gather and maintain monthly MPI statistical information

• Formulate policies and procedures for MPI operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Health Information Technology or a related discipline, or a High School Diploma/GED accompanied by 6+ years of relevant experience

• 5 years of experience in healthcare or acute care hospital settings

• 5 years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

• 3 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) leadership

• Strong leadership and management capabilities

• Proficient computer skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, data-focused, and process-driven
