This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
• Ensure that all MarTech personnel adhere to standard operating procedures, personnel policies, and workload requirements.
• Oversee daily operations within the MarTech team, collaborating closely with team members to meet or surpass productivity targets.
• Serve as the escalation point for intricate functional, technical, or cross-system challenges.
• Implement assigned special projects effectively.
• Ensure the team possesses knowledge in all essential application areas; continuously work on developing team capabilities for effective management succession.
• Guide the team in planning and budgeting, policy formulation, data quality assurance, security measures, privacy standards, and change management protocols.
• Oversee integrations for all MarTech systems, including development, monitoring, and design aspects.
• Contribute to CLA’s ongoing process enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate responsively and cooperatively with all process and technical service owners and staff to leverage enterprise resources and related services across the Firm.
• Ensure team participation in educational opportunities, including reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
• Lead the processes of interviewing, hiring, and termination for the MarTech team.
• Motivate team members to perform with enthusiasm, innovation, and diligence.
• Organize personnel schedules and team workload in alignment with CLA business requirements.
• Ensure team members' tasks are coordinated in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Provide coaching, discipline, and training to team members as necessary.
• Take corrective actions constructively with employees when required.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships to support the achievement of defined short- and long-term objectives and goals.
• Ensure coverage for day-to-day operations and emergency services.
• Provide effective project management for selected IT projects, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with relevant vendor technical resources.
• Guide and assist the team with user support and information requests.
• Calculate test cases based on enhancements to be applied from vendor updates or internal changes.
• Responsible for validating vendor patches and/or upgrades to the environment.
• Collaborate with the business on suitable instructional procedures or methods in training development, utilizing various software applications to assemble, manipulate, and format information and presentations.
• Create documentation based on business processes and requests.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with Marketing Technology platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, marketing automation tools, analytics, or customer data platforms) is preferred.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
