This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will primarily address written and telephone inquiries from market partners and various teams.
β’ You are tasked with overseeing the completeness of metering data.
β’ You will manage master data and the contract database within our CRM system, HubSpot.
β’ You will lead enhancements to internal processes related to our ESA framework agreements and negotiate with metering point operators.
β’ You will relay market partner requests and concerns to the specialized teams.
β’ You possess over 3 years of professional experience in energy billing and/or market communication at an energy supplier or a service provider in the energy sector, with some initial exposure to ESA (Energy Service Provider) being ideal.
β’ You are adept at navigating processes that are not yet fully standardized and can maintain a comprehensive overview β as an ESA, we do not have the same standardized processes as other market roles.
β’ You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, and have preferably experience with a CRM system (preferably HubSpot).
β’ You demonstrate a hands-on approach with an independent, structured working style, while also enjoying teamwork.
β’ You communicate effectively and possess excellent German language skills.
