Manager – Market Communication ESA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will primarily address written and telephone inquiries from market partners and various teams.

• You are tasked with overseeing the completeness of metering data.

• You will manage master data and the contract database within our CRM system, HubSpot.

• You will lead enhancements to internal processes related to our ESA framework agreements and negotiate with metering point operators.

• You will relay market partner requests and concerns to the specialized teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 3 years of professional experience in energy billing and/or market communication at an energy supplier or a service provider in the energy sector, with some initial exposure to ESA (Energy Service Provider) being ideal.

• You are adept at navigating processes that are not yet fully standardized and can maintain a comprehensive overview — as an ESA, we do not have the same standardized processes as other market roles.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, and have preferably experience with a CRM system (preferably HubSpot).

• You demonstrate a hands-on approach with an independent, structured working style, while also enjoying teamwork.

• You communicate effectively and possess excellent German language skills.
