This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and implement strategies for applied health economic value creation and demonstration.
• Assist Sales, Marketing, healthcare providers, hospital C-suite stakeholders, Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) systems, and surgeons/physicians.
• Create and distribute clinical and economic materials.
• Conduct various analyses including potential analyses, program benchmarking, procedure analytics, predictive and utility modeling, profitability analyses, ROI, and business impact modeling.
• Develop strategies for market archetype segmentation and provide strategic insights into the industry.
• Deliver strategic, economic, and analytical insights to enhance sales approaches and foster relationships with C-suite partners.
• Convert data related to customers, profitability, benchmarking, procedures, and efficiency into strategic recommendations aimed at improving and expanding da Vinci programs.
• Identify and utilize hospital claims data along with other large data sources.
• Conduct evidence-based Quantify The Impact or potential analyses and co-facilitate meetings to align with customers.
• Design and implement QTI and analytics-solution training for the sales team.
• Engineer assessments of health economic markets that encompass stakeholders, barriers, trends, unmet needs, segmentation, targeting, messaging, and positioning.
• Collaborate with the Global Access Value and Economics department and French Leadership to support reimbursement strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, GAVE, and French Leadership in a global matrix to create and share evidence on Intuitive products.
• Present and advocate for the total economic and clinical value to economic decision makers.
• Gather voice-of-customer feedback and develop product solutions addressing clinical and economic challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Hospital or Healthcare Business Economics.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in health economics, marketing, sales, market development, or healthcare consulting.
• Required experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or hospital/health system sectors.
• Extensive background in health economics, market and patient access, with experience interacting with hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with the French healthcare system, including hospital providers, surgeons, technology assessment agencies, reimbursement systems, and adoption trends.
• Understanding of clinical pathways, inpatient treatment methods, surgical approaches, hospital inpatient environments, product Instructions for Use (IFU), and levels of evidence for supportive health information.
• Proven experience in presenting and advocating evidence to C-suite clinical and economic decision makers.
• Capability to manage relationships with regional health economic thought leaders and subject matter experts.
• Strong skills in reporting, project management, analysis, and prioritization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in advanced computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Must be geographically located in France.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Experience in conducting customized economic assessments and identifying significant influences and trends in robotics.
