This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and implement strategies for applied health economic value creation and demonstration.
• Provide support to Sales, Marketing, healthcare providers, hospitals, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), and surgeons/physicians.
• Showcase the clinical and economic advantages of Intuitive technologies.
• Create and distribute clinical and economic materials, potential analyses, program benchmarking, procedure analytics, predictive and utility models, profitability analyses, ROI and business impact models, market segmentation strategies, and industry insights.
• Offer strategic, economic, and analytical insights to bolster Sales and enhance relationships and partnerships with C-suite executives.
• Convert customer, profitability, program-benchmarking, procedural, and efficiency data into strategic recommendations aimed at improving and expanding da Vinci programs.
• Identify and utilize hospital claims data alongside other large data sources.
• Conduct clinical and economic evidence-based assessments to quantify impacts or potential analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to facilitate customer alignment meetings with hospitals, IDN systems, and surgeons.
• Design and implement QTI and analytics training for the sales team.
• Conduct health economic market assessments that encompass stakeholders, barriers, trends, unmet needs, strategic imperatives, prioritization, segmentation, targeting, messaging, and positioning.
• Assist in developing reimbursement strategies in collaboration with the Global Access Value and Economics department and French Leadership.
• Work within a global matrix to create and distribute evidence of total economic and clinical value.
• Gather voice-of-customer feedback regarding clinical and economic challenges.
• Develop product solutions addressing customer clinical and economic issues.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Hospital or Healthcare Business Economics.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience in health economics, marketing, sales, market development, or healthcare consulting.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or hospital/health system industries is essential.
• Significant experience in health economics, market and patient access, and engagement with hospital stakeholders and decision-makers is required.
• Familiarity with the French healthcare system, including hospital providers, surgeons, technology assessment agencies, reimbursement systems, and adoption trends.
• Understanding of disease and clinical pathways, inpatient and surgical treatment methodologies, hospital inpatient environments, product Instructions for Use (IFU), and levels of evidence in supportive health information.
• Proven ability to present and advocate for clinical and economic evidence to C-suite decision-makers.
• Capacity to manage relationships with regional health economic thought leaders and subject matter experts.
• Strong skills in reporting, project management, analytics, and prioritization.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Must be based in France.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience in conducting customized economic assessments and identifying significant influences and trends affecting robotics.
