
Manager, Manufacturing Engineering – Label Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, systems specialists, and design experts to oversee print-on-demand label operations within the Filtration & Separation Division.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engage with global operations, and provide strategic leadership for a global systems platform dedicated to the division.
• Accountable for the implementation and management of a global labeling solution for the division.
• An advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree along with 8 years of experience in operations or related areas.
• Preferred fields of study include Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) or other related STEM disciplines (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar scientific fields).
• Over 2 years of experience in people management and leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leadership in managing and developing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional project management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
• Familiarity with print-on-demand labeling solutions, preferably Loftware solutions.
• Demonstrated success in implementing cost-saving measures and efficiency enhancements.
• Ability to forge and sustain strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience in change management and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to enhance operational performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of packaging and labeling procedures, materials, and industry standards.
• Experience with documentation and adherence to SOP compliance within regulated settings.
• A demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
