This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution, management, governance, and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise CMMS platform across all manufacturing sites.
• Create and standardize maintenance protocols, preventive maintenance programs, asset hierarchies, spare parts management practices, and work order processes throughout the network.
• Establish, track, and manage enterprise maintenance KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics to enhance visibility and accountability.
• Design and uphold a standardized OEE reporting framework, which includes downtime categorization, loss analysis, performance monitoring, and methodologies for root cause analysis.
• Propel reliability enhancement initiatives aimed at optimizing preventive maintenance, expanding predictive maintenance, improving asset reliability, and increasing equipment uptime.
• Direct maintenance data governance initiatives, ensuring the accuracy of assets, system integrity, consistency in reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT, Validation, and EHS teams to synchronize maintenance strategies with operational and business goals.
• Spearhead enterprise training, user engagement, and change management efforts concerning CMMS implementation, maintenance systems, and reporting processes.
• Assist with capital projects, equipment commissioning activities, and integration initiatives for maintenance systems.
• Set enterprise standards for preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, asset management, and reliability programs.
• Aid in CAPA investigations associated with equipment failures, maintenance process deficiencies, and reliability issues.
• Conduct performance review meetings and KPI reporting schedules across different sites.
• Create and maintain standards for maintenance documentation and audit readiness requirements.
• Advocate for Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and continuous improvement methodologies within the maintenance organization.
• Enhance organizational capability through training, coaching, and sharing best practices in maintenance.
• Contribute to enterprise maintenance budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. (Required)
• 7-9 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, manufacturing systems, engineering, or asset management. (Required)
• 7-9 years of proven experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing CMMS platforms in manufacturing settings. (Required)
• 7-9 years of experience in developing maintenance KPIs, OEE reporting systems, and performance dashboards. (Required)
• 7-9 years of knowledge in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and asset management principles. (Required)
• 7-9 years of experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change across multiple facilities. (Required)
• 7-9 years of advanced data analysis and reporting skills. (Required)
• 7-9 years of leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing. (Preferred)
• 7-9 years of experience leading enterprise-wide CMMS implementations. (Preferred)
• 7-9 years of experience with Fiix CMMS or similar maintenance management systems. (Preferred)
• 7-9 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments, including personal care, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, OTC, food & beverage, or consumer products manufacturing. (Preferred)
