Manager, MAC Pricing and Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee our MAC series to guarantee our lists contain the correct drugs while providing WellDyne the flexibility to meet client and pharmacy commitments.

• Manage funded MAC lists to ensure value derived from Integrated Cash and to support the Pricing team.

• Monitor performance to eliminate client overperformance and ensure client underperformance stays within targeted ranges.

• Develop discount card pricing strategies in collaboration with colleagues across the Supply Chain organization and produce the required price files for implementation.

• Lead the monitoring of Discount Card performance, continuously reviewing reports on pharmacy and client-side pricing across all networks and clients to identify and resolve issues.

• Aid in ensuring compliance with state regulations and respond to inquiries from state regulatory bodies.

• Engage in budgeting and forecasting efforts that relate to drug-level pricing.

• Facilitate the gathering of market price data and leverage this competitive intelligence to enhance pricing strategies.

• Analyze claim pricing and handle large datasets using SQL queries and Excel formulas.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing/financial analytics, including at least one year in a supervisory role.

• Proficiency in PBM value drivers and their relationship with MAC management and other drug pricing activities.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to juggle multiple projects at once.

• Advanced Excel skills, including nested and dynamic array formulas, logical formula chains, and pivot tables.

• Knowledge of data structures and proficiency in SQL and Tableau.

• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to the success of team objectives.
