This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and enhance CIEE's alumni-to-college lifecycle strategy.
• Oversee lifecycle systems, processes, communications, and engagement initiatives from high school participation through college study abroad enrollment.
• Manage the comprehensive alumni engagement calendar from start to finish.
• Create, execute, test, and refine lifecycle campaigns, outreach strategies, communications, events, and engagement models.
• Take responsibility for conversion metrics related to the transition from high school study abroad participation to College Study Abroad enrollment.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to boost alumni awareness, engagement, and enrollment.
• Track and report on lifecycle conversion performance, enrollment pipeline health, and ROI.
• Manage CRM workflows, automations, segmentation strategies, and engagement tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on lifecycle communications, reporting dashboards, data collection, conversion, and enrollment outcomes.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Develop and oversee alumni engagement initiatives.
• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of alumni and campus ambassador programs.
• Coordinate alumni storytelling, peer-to-peer engagement, and referral initiatives.
• Work in partnership with Institutional Relations, Marketing, Enrollment, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Identify operational challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Present results, insights, and recommendations to internal leadership and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, enrollment management, sales operations, CRM management, alumni relations, customer success, marketing automation, admissions, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze data, manage performance metrics, and achieve measurable results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with study abroad, higher education, enrollment management, or alumni engagement is preferred.
