This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Serve as a learning consultant to identify fundamental performance gaps.
• Design and implement learning and performance strategies.
• Analyze complex data from skills assessments to develop product suites.
• Utilize learning analytics to communicate insights back to business units.
• Engage with the business to create pertinent learning experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, and client relations.
• Proficiency in eLearning and graphic design software such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience in designing and executing comprehensive learning strategies at scale.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience in a sales or technology environment is an advantage.
