This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Supervise the commercial elements of our client relationships, which include managing the program pipeline, product forecasting, and new product development, encompassing pricing, timelines, and escalations.
• Accountable for crafting account management strategies for Cloud Service Providers that lead to double-digit year-over-year revenue growth.
• Act as the voice and strong proponent for our clients within the organization; consistently pursue and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead a diverse team: Key Account Managers are tasked with building our program pipeline and maintaining a product portfolio with various cloud service providers.
• Technical Sales Engineers provide support to Key Account Managers during the pre-sales and proposal stages to guarantee prompt response times and high-quality technical information for clients.
• Ensure your team follows the established selling process.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create industry-leading sales materials and proposals.
• Continuously engage with and gain insights from the Product and Engineering teams to acquire a comprehensive understanding of our hardware and services, ensuring that client feedback is integrated into our products.
• Regularly participate in the review and negotiation of various client-related contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Willingness to travel internationally (20% or more).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder account management roles, particularly with large enterprise IT companies.
• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to formulate and implement complex business plans and initiatives.
• Over 3 years of experience in managing teams of 10 or more, along with cross-functional contributors.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data center and IT markets.
• Understanding of data center cooling strategies.
