This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead and nurture a team of up to 5 Key Account Managers, driving revenue growth within existing accounts via strategic upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
• Coach, mentor, and empower the team to excel in pipeline management, ensure accurate forecasting, and achieve overall quota objectives.
• Monitor and assess key performance metrics, converting insights into actionable strategies aimed at enhancing team performance.
• Guide the team in proactively spotting expansion opportunities, reducing churn risks, and consistently meeting net revenue retention goals.
• Maintain strong alignment with senior leadership through clear, data-driven weekly updates on pipeline health, deal progression, and key opportunities for executive engagement.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and retain top-tier sales talent.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, Pre-Sales, and Market Intelligence to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and execution.
• 5–7 years of experience in SaaS sales (enterprise or mid-market), demonstrating a solid record of exceeding revenue targets and maintaining high retention rates.
• Proficiency in English and native-level fluency in German.
• Over 2 years of experience in a team lead or formal management position, including pipeline management, forecasting, and quota planning within an existing customer base.
• Proven capability to drive revenue growth (upselling and cross-selling) within accounts.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems for managing sales processes and forecasts (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify trends and convert data into effective sales strategies.
• A history of supporting teams in closing complex annual or multi-year agreements.
• Strong leadership presence, with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing, collaborative teams in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Proven knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, and Challenger Sale.
