This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of the 7-Eleven national strategy focusing on: Store Engagement: optimizing sales representative call frequency and achieving sales above the market average.

• Drive Distribution: manage the annual reset cycle and enhance distribution of key products.

• Excel in Planner Engagement: oversee display and point-of-purchase/signage execution.

• Cultivate and sustain essential relationships with wholesalers and A-B Region Sales for effective execution, including wholesaler KAMs, sales teams, and leadership.

• Train and develop the sales forces of wholesalers to effectively engage with 7-Eleven.

• Monitor and evaluate progress against national priorities.

• Foster relationships within the 7-Eleven organization, connecting with key franchisees, FOAs, FMMs, and operations personnel.

• Develop local expertise within the territory through regular in-market visits (typically three days a week).

• Address local challenges as they arise (e.g., items not scanning, pricing discrepancies).

• Assist the 7-Eleven national merchandising team in increasing their market share.

• Conduct competitive pricing analysis: perform competitive shops and proactively identify opportunities.

• Analyze competitive activities: communicate key actions from other convenience store chains.

• Once the national strategy is successfully implemented, create local strategies and programs to further enhance market share results.

• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize critical tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently manage sales, marketing, and travel budgets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain a positive attitude.

• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time, with a home base in the market.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a focus on business, finance, marketing, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience working with beer wholesaler distributors.

• Experience with retail chains is a plus.

• Familiarity with the 3 Tier System and the ability to localize a national strategy in collaboration with wholesaler partners.

• Proficient in basic PC applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
