Manager – IT Product Lead, Analytics, GPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical lead and product owner for Analytics products that support GPO operations.

• Ensure that products are delivered in accordance with business priorities and technical roadmaps.

• Provide guidance on architecture decisions, backlog prioritization, and best practices in engineering.

• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and value realization.

• Develop product plans and technical roadmaps within the Analytics ecosystem.

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional Analytics team, encouraging collaboration and innovative thinking.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with business partners and data stewards.

• Advocate for the adoption of self-service analytics and enhance data literacy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience in Information Technology with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role preferred.

• More than 5 years of experience in IT product management, technical product ownership, or a closely related field.

• At least 3 years of experience leading analytics, data, or business intelligence products or programs.

• Strong expertise in SAFe Agile methodologies, including PI Planning, backlog management, and scaled Agile delivery.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in data analysis, evaluating technical designs, and contributing to analytics reports and dashboards.

• Practical experience with Azure Cloud Services, Databricks, and Power BI.
