Manager, IT Engineering – Infrastructure Shared Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engages in the development of solutions and the repair of systems.

• Delivers consistent and thorough status updates to management.

• Guides cross-functional teams through every stage of project planning, execution, and completion.

• Evaluates plan discrepancies and implements necessary actions.

• Creates detailed work plans and estimates for each project phase.

• Tracks progress against established baseline plans.

• Ensures prompt resolution of issues.

• Collaborates with vendors to address all product-related concerns.

• Formulates and suggests operating and capital budgets.

• Accountable for understanding and complying with the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years in solution development and support.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-disciplinary setting.

• Familiarity with enterprise organizational structures and workflows.

• Capability to engage and navigate technical requirements with clients.

• Proven negotiation and facilitation abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and completing assignments thoroughly and punctually.
