This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

• Lead the Business Partner team to develop and enhance digital and IT strategies that align with the business strategy.

• Serve as a reliable partner to business divisions by comprehending medium- and long-term business challenges as well as growth opportunities.

• Foster value creation, drive business transformation, and enhance organizational capabilities through technology.

• Oversee the system portfolio and manage IT investments.

• Spearhead the development and implementation of a digital roadmap that aligns with business objectives.

• Act as a player-manager by directing significant projects and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate effectively with global, regional, and local stakeholders, along with the Digital & IT organization.

• Contribute to sustainable business outcomes and accelerate the process of digital transformation.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in IT, digital, or business partnering roles.

• Proven leadership experience in IT projects or business transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders.

• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service management.

• Experience in formulating IT strategies, managing portfolios, and overseeing IT investments.

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural and global environment.

• Experience in team leadership or people management.

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English communication.

• Ability to make autonomous decisions and lead the organization forward even in uncertain environments.
