This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee and review U.S. international tax compliance, which includes Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8991, 8992, 8993, and associated reporting.
• Take ownership of and improve core international tax calculations, such as GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and related modeling techniques.
• Manage the international aspects of the ASC 740 tax provision.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing local country tax compliance, including statutory income tax filings, audits, and inquiries from both U.S. and foreign tax authorities.
• Create materials for board meetings and governance processes for foreign entities.
• Collaborate across functions to support tax planning, intercompany transactions, and various business initiatives.
• Provide technical analysis and expert guidance on intricate international tax issues, including changes in legislation and structural considerations.
• Lead process enhancements and pinpoint opportunities to boost efficiency, scalability, and control within international tax processes.
• Act as a pivotal resource within the tax team, mentoring colleagues and contributing to the establishment of sustainable processes in a growing environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7+ years of progressive tax experience, with a minimum of 2–3 years concentrated on U.S. international tax.
• Background in public accounting and/or experience within a multinational corporate tax department.
• Strong technical understanding of U.S. international tax principles, including Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, and entity classifications.
• Experience in supporting ASC 740, with knowledge of international provision components.
• Proven ability to research complex tax issues and convey findings and recommendations clearly.
• Capable of working independently, managing competing priorities, and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external advisors.
