
Manager, Integration Quality – User Acceptance Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Oversee a team of professionals specializing in user acceptance testing.
• Ensure that the delivery and testing solutions or processes align with business expectations.
• Offer expertise and guidance in business and User Acceptance Testing.
• Lead a team that supports PHCO and Enterprise initiatives.
• Proactively communicate requirements, workflows, and procedures to enhance existing processes.
• Negotiate and collaborate with business and project leaders to identify suitable support.
• Work alongside other leaders to guarantee that delivery and results fulfill business needs.
• Provide oversight and direction for testing best practices, tools, procedures, and test automation.
• Establish standards and SLAs for various testing processes.
• Prepare reports and necessary testing documentation, presenting results to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the hiring and training of both new and existing staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, offering leadership, technical guidance, and coaching in testing.
• Communicate business needs and testing outcomes to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Engage in and lead discussions focused on root cause analysis and resolutions for various business challenges.
• Build and sustain a top-tier testing practice with the capacity to scale.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing large teams through high-profile, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong preference for experience in supporting system integrations or platform consolidations.
• Familiarity with Utilization Management processes.
• At least one year of experience with TruCare Classic and one year with TruCare Cloud; familiarity with Care Central, Facets, and Availity is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to achieve outcomes without formal authority.
• Experience with process improvement and quality/system testing methodologies to promote continuous improvement.
