This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of comprehensive learning solutions, encompassing eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, and blended programs.
• Perform training needs assessments and convert business requirements into effective learning strategies.
• Develop instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning blueprints.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform intricate content into captivating learning experiences.
• Provide guidance to graphic designers and eLearning developers throughout the course development process.
• Implement adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (such as ADDIE and SAM).
• Ensure the effectiveness of learning through assessments, feedback, and evaluations.
• Maintain an active role in design and development while mentoring junior instructional designers and reviewing their outputs.
• Manage the delivery of multiple simultaneous learning projects in a dynamic, high-volume development setting.
• A Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Instructional Design.
• Background in corporate Learning and Development environments.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and evaluation frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
