Manager, Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the effective execution of new client business and ongoing enhancement at our 3PL company.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure new clients are positioned for success.

• Ensuring our distribution and fulfillment services align with their needs and requirements.

• Providing onsite support throughout the duration of the project.

• Assisting in the coordination of resources during the go-live phase.

• Implementing and maintaining operational processes and procedures.

• Coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, IT, engineering, and customer service.

• Conducting regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to guarantee their satisfaction with our services.

• Leading and mentoring the implementation team throughout the project to ensure a successful launch of complex and strategic new business.

• Overseeing the creation of contractual documents and addendums.

• Identifying and managing risks throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in startup environments, operations, and change management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computerized scanning equipment.

• Experience in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment centers.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).

• 3 years of experience in 3PL (preferred).

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time (preferred).

• Basic SQL knowledge (preferred).

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends (preferred).

• Ability to influence others, work collaboratively as part of a team, and act as a catalyst for change (preferred).
